Aeon Home Health Care started in 2017 in southwest Houston with a simple idea: keep care personal, keep it consistent, and never grow so big that the people on our payroll forget the people in their care.
Loan Pham founded Aeon after years of watching families in her community struggle to find help they could trust. The big franchise agencies sent a rotating cast of strangers. The cheap independents lacked oversight. There was a real gap in the middle.
So she built one. Texas licensed. Background-checked caregivers. Real schedules with familiar faces. The kind of agency where the owner answers her own phone and knows every client by name.
That is still how we run today. We stay small on purpose because care quality lives or dies on whether the caregiver actually knows the person they are caring for.

If we are not the right fit, we will tell you. If something is not working in a care plan, we will say so. Pretending fixes nothing.
